Our London Dry gin is distilled in a copper still following the artisanal experience of distilling in Galicia. To make our gin we have the best 100% grain alcohols, the best selection of botanicals and the great advantage of having Galician water.

The nose is intense and very complex, when you catch one aroma another appears and then another... all marked with a halo of fresh character from the juniper with subtle notes of citrus and spices.

In the palate, friendly, fresh and vibrant, with a sparkling tickle on the tip of the tongue, it repeats its olfactory aromatic range and leaves a clean and lasting memory that invites the next drink.
