Veuve Fourny & Fils Grands Terroirs Premier Cru Brut is a refined grower Champagne from the family-owned house in Vertus on the Côte des Blancs, made primarily from Premier Cru Chardonnay with a portion of Pinot Noir to express the region’s chalk-rich soils. This non-vintage cuvée shows lively, fine bubbles and aromas of citrus, green apple, pear and subtle floral and brioche notes, framed by vibrant mineral energy. On the palate it is crisp, elegant and well balanced, with bright acidity, delicate fruit and a long, precise finish that reflects the quality of its terroir. It is excellent as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with oysters and other shellfish, white fish, light poultry dishes or creamy cheeses, making it versatile at the table while still satisfying on its own.
