The NV Champagne Romain Tribaut Grand Cru Pur Chardonnay is a Blanc de Blancs produced by the Tribaut family estate in Champagne, crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs, including Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and made to highlight elegance and terroir expression.
Vinification combines traditional and modern methods, with roughly two-thirds fermented and aged in previously used Burgundy oak barrels and the remainder in temperature-controlled stainless steel before extended lees aging and a low dosage that preserves freshness.
The wine shows refined aromas of citrus, green apple, and orchard fruit layered with brioche, toasted almond, and subtle pastry notes, leading to a fresh yet rounded palate with fine bubbles, chalky minerality, and a long, vibrant finish. It pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish, soft cheeses, or light poultry dishes, offering a precise and elegant Champagne style suited both to aperitif service and the table.
