NV Champagne Romain Tribaut Brut Assemblage

The Champagne Romain Tribaut Brut Assemblage is a classic grower Champagne produced by the Tribaut family estate in Romery in the Vallée de la Marne, where the house has crafted wines since 1929 using a balance of traditional methods and modern precision.

Made from a blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, with part of the Meunier aged in oak and extended lees aging in bottle, the wine combines freshness with added texture and complexity.

It opens with aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers layered with subtle brioche, almond, and pastry notes, leading to a crisp, lively palate marked by fine bubbles, bright acidity, and a smooth, lingering finish.

Elegant yet approachable, it pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, roast chicken, soft cheeses, or light appetizers, making it equally suited to aperitif service or the table.
