The Leitz Eins-Zwei-Zero Sparkling Rosé is a non-alcoholic (≤ 0.5% ABV) sparkling wine made by Weingut Leitz in Rüdesheim, Germany.

It’s crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, which is delicately pressed and then gently de-alcoholized via vacuum distillation to preserve its fruit character.

The wine pours a pale salmon pink and offers aromas of sour cherry, red currant, peach, apple peel, and quince, with a lively mousse and bright acidity.

On the palate it’s refreshing and balanced, with red berry flavors, a touch of ripe pear, and a clean, energetic finish. It’s ideal as an alcohol-free celebratory drink, an aperitif, or paired with light dishes like summer salads, fried snacks, or soft cheeses.
