The 2025 Western Lights is a whole-cluster, co-ferment of Cinsault and Counoise from Adelaida Winery’s certified organic HMR Vineyard. Bright cranberry flavors comingle with savory notes of California sage, lent by the stems of the whole-cluster fermentation. Bottled just two months after harvest, this wine is the embodiment of freshness and fruit-forward electricity with a hint of herbaceousness.
