2025 Produttori Del Manduria Fiano Uni

Peachy pear, saline on nose.  Soft pear on palate, touch of ripe orange on finish with white flowers. Made by the oldest active wine cooperative in Puglia, Produttori di Manduria.  This area in Puglia, Manduria, is considered the birth place of the native Primitivo grape.  

The cooperative is known for their master level winemaking, the art handed down through the generations. The white wines of the area are Fiano and Verdeca. This is 100% Fiano from 20 year old vines.  Stainless Steel. PS "Zin" is old Italian dialect for sea urchin, often served in hot summers in Puglia.
