Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on calcareous soils and fermented with native yeasts, the wine undergoes extended skin contact and is aged in clay amphora for several months, often bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, giving it both aromatic intensity and structure.
