The 2024 Nicolas Réau “Attention” is an innovative white wine from the Loire Valley crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc, produced by gently pressing the red grapes immediately after harvest to avoid color extraction.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged on its fine lees with minimal intervention, the wine is bright, energetic, and distinctly mineral.

The nose reveals aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach, pear, and white flowers, accented by subtle herbal notes and wet stone. On the palate it is crisp and vibrant, with lively acidity, a silky texture, and flavors of citrus and orchard fruit carried by a saline, chalky mineral backbone.
