2024 Les Croisille Loin De L'Oeil Vin De France

This wine is 100% Loin de l'oeil from 30 year old vines grown in gravel and sandy soils. After fermentation, it is aged 6 months in stainless steel tank before bottling. 

Loin de l'Oeil is a white wine from Gaillac in Southwest France, a region known for this local grape variety, offering fresh, dry, and aromatic white wines.

Tasting notes include citrus, apple, and pear, with hints of honey, tropical fruits, and spicy notes. The 2024 vintage is fresh, fruity, and a good complement to light dishes, seafood, or creamy sauces.
