The 2024 Bodegas Más Que Vinos “5/4” Clarete (Vino de la Tierra de Castilla) is a vibrant, co-fermented field blend of Tempranillo (Cencibel), Garnacha, Airén, and Malvar, crafted from old organic bush vines on the high-altitude Meseta of Toledo, where continental climate and limestone-clay soils bring both freshness and structure.

Made with minimal intervention—spontaneous fermentation, partial whole cluster, and aging on fine lees in cement and amphora—it captures a traditional “clarete” style that blends red and white grapes for lift and texture.

In the glass it shows a bright cherry hue with aromas of red berries, citrus peel, wild herbs, and a touch of licorice, while the palate is juicy and energetic, with soft tannins, lively acidity, and flavors of cherry, red currant, herbal notes, and a subtle creamy nuance, finishing fresh, silky, and lightly savory.
