The 2023 Zorzal Terroir Único Pinot Noir from Gualtallary in the Uco Valley is crafted under the direction of winemaker Juan Pablo Michelini with a minimal-intervention philosophy focused on expressing high-altitude, limestone-rich terroir. The vineyards sit on alluvial soils with high calcium carbonate at roughly 1,300 meters above sea level, and farming follows sustainable practices with hand harvesting and native yeast fermentation.

The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir, fermented in cement with a portion of whole clusters and gentle extraction, then aged without heavy oak influence to preserve purity and minerality.
