The 2023 Samuel Billaud Bourgogne d’Or Chardonnay is crafted by Samuel Billaud, a winemaker near Chablis known for precision and terroir-driven wines. It is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from cooler northern sites and sunnier southern vineyards, giving a balance of freshness and richness.

The wine shows aromas of melon, grapefruit, and white orchard fruits with subtle waxy notes, while the palate is crisp, bright, and juicy with a clean, refreshing finish.
