The 2023 Michel Sarrazin et Fils Bourgogne Pinot Noir Les Vieilles Vignes comes from old-vine Pinot Noir parcels in the Côte-Chalonnaise, where the family farms sustainably and works traditionally with mostly destemmed fruit and native-yeast fermentations.
