Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and aged on its fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, it emphasizes purity, freshness, and the mineral character of the appellation. The nose is expressive with aromas of lime zest, grapefruit, white peach, pear, passion fruit, lemongrass, and white flowers, with subtle flinty and herbal nuances. On the palate, it is bright and refreshing yet pleasantly rounded, offering juicy citrus and white-fruit flavors, lively acidity, and a distinctly saline, chalky mineral finish with excellent length.
