2023 Domaine Latour-Giraud "Les Genevrieres" Meursault Premier Cru

Domaine Latour Giraud has been crafting exceptional Meursault wines since 1946, with the family’s winemaking heritage spanning four generations. Current winemaker Jean-Pierre Latour combines traditional Burgundian techniques with modern precision, focusing on minimal intervention to express the true character of each vineyard.

Les Genevrieres is a fine clear pale lemon color, with the fruit and oak intertwined on the nose. There is a heady mix here, but it works really well together there is almost a coating of a waxy velvet, and a very long finish. Ripe apples, white peaches, and fresh lemons keep the finish fresh.
