2023 Domaine Chante Cigale Blanc

Chante Cigale’s 2023 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a gorgeous snapshot of southern Rhône in a glass.

21% Grenache Blanc, 21% Roussanne, 21% Bourbelenc, 21% Clairette and 15% Picpoul. 5% of the Roussanne is fermented in new oak for 6 weeks, then aged in stainless steel. No malolactic.

This white wine blend tastes like ripe peaches, lemon peel and honeysuckle. It's creamy texture is balanced by a zippy thread of freshness. It’s fuller-bodied but never heavy—perfectly poised between richness and drinkability.
