The 2023 Château La Coste Le Blanc from Provence is produced on a biodynamically managed estate with vines planted on north-facing clay-limestone slopes at around 350 m elevation.

It is a white blend primarily of Vermentino and Chardonnay, crafted with whole-cluster pressing, fermentation in new and one-year barrels, and careful selection of parcels to emphasize purity and minerality.

The wine offers aromas of fresh citrus, pear, and subtle hints of brioche and honey, while the palate is broad and rounded, balanced by bright acidity, saline minerality, and a clean, long finish.

It pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled white fish, Provençal vegetable dishes, or soft cheeses, and is best served chilled around 10–12 °C.
