2022 Theresa Eccher "Passione" Etna Rosso

An elegant, intense Sicilian red wine with a persistent finish that envelops the palate. It was made in Castiglione di Sicilia in Theresa Eccher's cellar, which boasts the Etna DOC denomination.

It's perfect for accompanying red meats or medium-aged cheeses.

On the nose it is intense, spicy and with fruity notes of cherry and red fruits accompanied by herbaceous notes. On the palate it is elegant, soft, fresh and mineral with a long, savory and persistent finish.
