The 2023 Michele Reverdito Langhe Nascetta Bianco is a vibrant and distinctive white from Piedmont made from 100% Nascetta, a rare native grape once nearly extinct but now prized for its aromatic intensity and freshness.

Grown on limestone and marl soils around 250 meters and fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve purity, it opens with a floral and fruit-driven nose of yellow apple, white peach, pink grapefruit, and subtle citrus blossom. On the palate it is rich yet precise, combining a slightly creamy texture with bright acidity and a lightly saline, mineral edge, giving both depth and refreshment.

The finish is persistent and clean, making it a versatile food wine that pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, light poultry, and fresh cheeses, while also offering enough texture to handle richer dishes.
