2022 Rene Leclerc Bourgogne Rouge

The 2022 René Leclerc Bourgogne Rouge is crafted by the family-owned Domaine René Leclerc in Burgundy, focusing on old vines, gentle pressing, and minimal intervention to highlight terroir. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Bourgogne appellation, fermented with native yeasts, and aged without new oak to preserve purity and expressiveness.

The wine offers aromas of dark strawberry, blackberry, subtle violet, and hints of spice and forest floor. On the palate it is elegant and finely textured, with bright acidity, a touch of savory minerality, and a clean, refined finish.

It pairs beautifully with roast duck, mushroom risotto, grilled pork tenderloin, or soft to semi-hard cheeses, and is best served around 15–17 °C with a brief decant to open.
