The 2021 Nativ Velluto Rosso from Campania is made entirely from the indigenous Aglianico grape, grown on calcareous‑clay soils in the Beneventano/Irpinia area. The grapes are carefully vinified with low‑temperature pre‑maceration, followed by maceration and fermentation, including malolactic fermentation. T

he wine shows a deep ruby color with violet reflections, aromas of red fruits such as cherry and red berries, and hints of spice and chocolate.

On the palate it is soft and smooth, with gentle tannins, a plush, velvety texture, fresh fruit character, and subtle herbal undertones. It pairs well with antipasti, pizza, pasta dishes, and other simple red‑sauce comfort foods.
