The 2021 Massaya Classic Rosé from Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley is produced by the Ghosn family in collaboration with Rhône winemaking partners, focusing on high-altitude vineyards and a fresh, food-friendly style inspired by southern French rosé.
Made primarily from Cinsault and fermented in stainless steel to preserve brightness, the wine shows a delicate salmon hue with aromas of strawberry, red berries, and subtle spice, alongside hints of citrus and floral lift.
On the palate it is crisp and refreshing with lively acidity, a light- to medium-bodied texture, and a clean, balanced finish that emphasizes fresh fruit and elegance. Versatile and approachable, it pairs beautifully with seafood, salads, grilled fish, and Mediterranean or Middle Eastern dishes, making it equally suited as an aperitif or at the table.
