• Grapes: 25% Rkatsiteli, 25% Mtsvane, 25% Kisi, 25% Khikhvi
• Vinification: Natural, organic, qvevri-aged (often 7 months on skins)

Qvevri (clay amphora) fermentation.

Iberieli winery is a multi-generational family winery with vineyards in the Kakheti Valley, Tsinandali PDO and in Guria, West Georgia near the Black Sea and the village of Doblatsikhe. Production is done in their marani by winemaker Zurab Topuridze, who is one of the foundingmembers of Georgia’s Natural Wine Association. The name Iberieli, chosen by Zurab’s children, refers to an ancient people in the Caucasus who made wine thousands of years ago.
