This example from tiny estate Domaine Carrette comes from a parcel of just one hectare, spanning the communes of Vergisson and Solutré. It is a classically structured Pouilly-Fuissé with subtly ripe fruits and minerals balanced by fresh acidity. New to our portfolio, this small family-owned estate, run by Nathalie and Hervé Carrette, lies in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé production area.
