2020 Qarvani Kisi - Khikhvi - Mtsvane

• Region: Kvareli, Kakheti, Georgia
• Grapes: 34% Kisi, 33% Khikhvi, 33% Mtsvane
• Vinification: In early September, the grapes are hand-picked and pressed with skins in Qvevri (giant clay vessels buried underground). Fermented for 6-7 months with skins, the wine is moved into Qvevris specifically designed for wine maturation. After one year of aging, the wine is bottled and let settled for a minimum of three months.
