TASTING NOTES:

Color: Medium intensity ruby ​​red. Brilliant.

Smell: Evolved wine with vegetal notes and pyrethrum. Scents of undergrowth, wood, geranium and rose.

Taste: Soft in the mouth, fine and delicate tannins present. Vanilla finish with liquorice and fresh wood flavour.

 

PAIRINGS:

It goes beautifully with first courses based on tomato sauces or with meats and vegetables. Excellent with tagliatelle with meat sauce or ratatouille
