Spring Mountain Vineyard experienced exceptional growing conditions in 2014. While ongoing drought brought an earlier-than-usual harvest, the warm, dry climate fostered ideal ripening conditions throughout the season.

Despite minimal winter rainfall, timely spring storms provided crucial moisture as the vines broke bud early. Perfect weather during flowering and fruit set produced healthy, well-balanced clusters with small, intensely concentrated berries.

Harvest of the Bordeaux varieties ran from September 12th through October 14th, yielding wines of remarkable concentration and flavor depth, structured by dense yet refined tannins.
