Artisanal Mezcal made with Espadín agave. With maturation of 9 to 12 years. Minerals that evoke spring water and river stones, herbaceous notes such as fennel; anise and light cocoa tones. Cooked in a conical earth oven, ground with a tahona stone, naturally fermented in sabino vats and distilled in a plate system.

The hand represents the tireless work of the mezcal masters and the ancestral knowledge that marks each of our bottles.
