Gentle and bright, this gin highlights a base of rice shochu and its star botanical, the juicy and sweet Sakurajima komikan, Japan’s smallest orange. These little guys take their name from the active volcano around which they grow, requiring laborious care and enjoying a one-month-long harvest season each year. An excellent addition to Skurnik’s growing selection of sippable gins, Komasa is also extremely enjoyable with a splash of club soda or fresh orange juice. 49% ABV
Base distillate is 100% rice shochu
