"Aur-Oura" from the Piedmontese winery Rocco di Carpeneto is a red wine with character and a rebellious spirit that goes well with everyday meals. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and vinified in steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. The colour is a luminous ruby red and the aromas released enchant the nose with fragrant notes of red pulp fruit, sweet spices and hints of fresh wild flowers. The taste is full, rich, juicy, fruity and with an excellent length on the finish.
