Firm and quite deep, multi-layered, still a touch sulphurous, aroma with quite noble, bright yellow-fruity aromas, herbal tones, a hint of smoke and yeast as well as mineral hints, mushrooms, bacon and a hint of dark berries in the background. Quite dense yet slender, ripe, noble, bone-dry fruit, yeasty and herbal-vegetable notes, a hint of tobacco, persistent on the palate, certain depth, very delicately bacony and toasty in the background, distinct minerality, a hint of smoke, almost radiates a little warmth despite the low alcohol, very good, firm, tangy and intensely salty finish with fine herbal spiciness.
