Domaine Eric Thill - Crémant Cuvée Adrian 2018 is a French classic method sparkling wine from the Cotes du Jura area produced by Eric and Bérengère Thill from Chardonnay grapes coming from 50-year-old vineyards facing south, on a limestone-clay soil.
The producer opted for vinification of the base wine with only indigenous yeasts, before the second fermentation in the bottle, at the end of which this sparkling wine rests for 21 months without the addition of any sulphites or liqueur de tirage.
The result is a sparkling wine of great complexity, freshness with a long savory finish.
