WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES:
The 2021 Block Nine Cabernet Sauvignon exhibit aromas that gush of warm plum and blackberry fruit flavors. This wine is well built up front with flavors of blackcurrant fruit, cassis and hints of sweet spice. It shows good energy as licorice and applewood accents complete its complex finish. The 2021 growing season was generous in length and consistent temperatures. Flavors were strong at harvest and we think 2021 will prove to be a terrific vintage.
