An everyday wine that gathers the spirit of Tuscany, combining in perfect harmony the 50% Sangiovese with 40% Ciliegiolo and 10% Alicante. Manual harvesting and fermentation in cement, for 12 days on the skins, with indigenous yeasts at 24-26 degrees. Refine in cement. The vines are from 10 to 50 years of age.
