Elaboration: To obtain all the potential of fresh fruit, the grapes are harvested by hand in boxes. They are destemmed and entered whole by belt into small-volume steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with short and frequent pump-overs.
Due to its natural treatment, it may have slight sediments with age.
Contains sulfites. Alcoholic degree: 13.5% Vol.
Certificate: Wine with European V-Level certificate by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as VEGAN wine. In the process of this wine, no materials of animal origin have been used, nor derivatives thereof.
It is a cherry red wine, on the nose it is fresh with a predominance of menthol notes, scrubland herbs, thyme, bay leaf, pine and with aromas of fresh fruit, red berries. On the palate it is fresh as well as meaty, with volume and long.
